Peculiar has taken part in WLIF since 2018, growing into a responsible leader at home, at school, at camp, and in church.
At 12 she wrote Getting Involved, a book that encourages kids to take part in their communities and lead by example.
She has mentored younger kids and spoken at different events, sharpening her public speaking and leadership along the way.
