Founded and incorporated on July 12, 2018, as a non-profit and tax-exempt 501 (c) (3) organization, World Leadership and Inspirational Foundation (WLIF) was a reaction to the pathetic state of misery, degradation, and gross decadence pervading the gamut of human existence globally, the cause of which is largely traceable to poor and inept leadership. WLIF is therefore an antidote to eliminate this downward spiral in global leadership through the deployment of a set of tested, proven, and creative training templates.
With an avowed commitment to combat some of the negative consequences of poor leadership namely, violence, banditry, insecurity, and poverty through vigorous and pragmatic training programs, WLIF is, thus, poised to attain its founding objective by raising vanguards of fresh, productive, reliable, entrepreneurial, result-driven, and humane leaders in communities across the world to inject the required doses of the antidote into the systemic structure of human societies for better outcomes.
Today, the world is beset by vices such as suicides, looting, banditry, kidnapping, violence, and killings due to poor leadership culture and inadequate role modeling organizations. These organizations could help reach out early to nurture the minds of our kids, youngsters, and teenagers in communities across the world, most especially, the developing nations of the world. How then do we get the world out of this leadership quagmire?
To answer this question, WLIF believes that one effective way is in redeeming the minds of people from bad and negative habits early enough to avert calamities to future generations. History has repeatedly shown us how narrow-minded leadership could inflict wars and devastations on humanity in massive proportions. WLIF is determined to prevent such disasters by injecting value-based systemic management into the minds of young people without discrimination to gender, creed, or color. WLIF also supports leadership and inspirational youth training for faith and non-faith based organizations.
WLIF is out to be one of the leading forces of solutions that provide “catch them in young” leadership programs that will help to influence young minds toward better leadership culture. Our organization is also in support of government effort in waging war against bad leadership and its attendant negative impact on societal health, growth, and overall development.
